I am doing them, and I have some work to do!
Just imagine Tony H is shouting in your face as you work through the last side plank/hip abd: "Bring it!"
"You gotta bring it!"
"Let's go, here we go--do your best and forget the rest."
The hat helps keep the sun out of my eyes; it's sunny a lot in Woodinville.
